We are confident in the quality and attention to details of our products and offer a Lifetime Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. Additionally, we provide a 14-Day Return Policy for your peace of mind. Please note that there are certain exclusions, so we encourage you to review our policies for further details.
What is your Return Policy?
Diamond in the Rough thrilled to have you as a customer and we want you to have a unique shopping experience with us! therefore we offer on Online Purchase only a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your item you will need to return the item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number and include all packaging and certificates in your return.
The following items can't be returned, exchanged or refundable.
Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to report the issue.
The items that we can't accept for returns are:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale.
- Resizing - Any resizing of a rough diamond ring band is considered a custom order therefore it is final sale and non-returnable or refundable.
- Any item showing signs of wear, altered, discoloration due to any chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones in any way or resized cannot be returned.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Please email us at email@example.com and you will be given a return authorization number. Write this code on the outside of the box you are returning. You must include all original packaging and collateral material, including the certificates. If your certificates are not returned, you will be liable for the $200 replacement cost which will be deducted from your return. For security reasons, DO NOT write Diamond in the Rough anywhere on the outside of the box.
How do I Package my return/exchange?
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamond in the Rough (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise you ship valued over $500). Do Not write Diamond in the Rough on the outside of the box – only DITR, LLC. Use the address provided on your invoice: DITR, 2401 Fountain View dr. Ste 100 Houston, TX 77057. For items over $25,000, please contact us directly for shipping instructions. You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. Diamond in the Rough is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
What voids a Warranty and Returns?
Upon receiving your item, it will be checked by our returns department. Any item showing signs of wear, altered, discoloration due to any chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones in any way or resized cannot be returned. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered in this warranty. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Ditr Jewelry will void the warranty. Items without a Diamond in the Rough Return Authorization code and improperly packaged or insured will be refused receipt.
Do you charge a restocking fee on exchanges or returns?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee.
