At DITR Jewelry, we are dedicated to ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely, securely, and promptly—wherever you are in the world.
✈️ Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping via FedEx Priority Express on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
📦 Processing & Delivery Times

Made-to-order jewelry ships within 10–20 business days.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days of full payment.
Once ready, we ship immediately using FedEx Priority for next-day delivery (USA) or 2–5 business days internationally.
A signature is required upon delivery.
If you are unavailable to sign, please contact us ahead of time to arrange alternate delivery options.
🌍 International Orders
We gladly ship worldwide via FedEx. While shipping is free, please note:
Import taxes, duties, and any local VAT fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
🔄 Repairs, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping for approved returns, exchanges, ring resizing, and repair services will incur a flat round-trip shipping charge of $250 USD.
This includes insured FedEx Priority shipping both ways.
This fee applies to all international and domestic shipments starting July 2025.
🔐 Secure Delivery
All packages over $500 will require signature confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed, FedEx may hold your package at a nearby location for pickup or attempt redelivery.

DITR Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, or other courier-related issues—but we’ll do everything we can to support you if such issues arise.
